Remember when you could take it or leave it? It's time to make alcohol small & irrelevant again and find your way back to YOU.

I'VE GOT A QUESTION FOR YOU...

When did everything become a wine event?
We didn’t always believe we needed alcohol to have fun (or to relax, or to cope.)

Let's challenge what you’ve been told, so you can reset your relationship with alcohol.

Let's get you un-stuck from a habit that's no longer serving you.

Let's REWIND back to who you were before the world told you needed booze to survive it.

Women Unhappy Wine.jpeg

Let me know if this sounds familiar...
▸  Drinking is fun.
▸  Wine helps me relax.
▸  I can’t socialize without it.
▸  Alcohol helps me be myself.
▸  I am not addicted because I can take breaks.
▸  Alcohol is only addictive in some people.
▸  I'm not an alcoholic so I can't have “a problem.”
▸  But it sure feels like I do.

IF THAT SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT

You know things need to change...

you're sick of making promises to yourself you don't keep

you're tired of feeling exhausted, anxious and hopeless

you're fed up with alcohol running

the show

REWIND...

Remember when you didn't drink much?

It used to be once or twice a week, or maybe every other day.  But now you're jonesing for that glass every night. And 5 pm can't come soon enough.

You take breaks. You only drink on weekends. You do cleanses and Dry January. You white-knuckle it and tell yourself things will be different when you are done, but a few months later you find yourself back where you were, or worse. You tell yourself that “nothing bad has happened” so you can’t have a "problem". You look around and see everyone else drinking as much or more than you and assume that you must just be doing it wrong.

I hear you. I’ve been there. It’s so easy to pour that drink at the end of a long day!  We’ve been told for years that we need “mommy juice” to unwind and cope, and all the funny memes and jokes on social media encourage us to continue drinking our evenings away.  Life is busy, demanding, and chaotic: and alcohol is our numbing reward at the end of the day.

Unfortunately, alcohol just delays and magnifies the feelings we want to numb. Booze is a short-term, temporary bandaid but the challenges of real life aren't going anywhere.

Even though it seems perfectly acceptable to drink every day, the reality is: alcohol is addictive, in all humans, and eventually, your habit will become a dependency.

It’s not IF, it’s WHEN.

IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY

Imagine how it would feel to...

Give yourself the gift of a mindful, no-strings, no-pain, coach-led break from alcohol. Sleep better, feel better, and ditch the shame & guilt.

Disrupt more than just your physical habits this time and actually shift your underlying beliefs about what alcohol is doing for you.

Make alcohol so small and irrelevant in your life that you can take it or leave it. Put yourself back in the driver's seat so alcohol is no longer running the show.

MEET YOUR TOUR GUIDE

Hey there, I'm Emily and I've been exactly where you are right now.

For years, I tried to drink less by making rules like "I'll only drink on weekends" or "I'll only have one glass," only to break them and beat myself up for "failing".

I became sober in 2017 and started diving into WHY I drank. I followed a program. I had a sponsor. But it wasn't until I was two years sober that I finally found tools to lasting change.

When I finally stepped into curiosity and self-compassion, everything changed. By challenging my own beliefs about alcohol, and learning all I could about this addictive substance and my relationship to it, I took back control by making it small and irrelevant.

I dove into every book and resource I could find. I took courses. I became certified in Addiction Awareness, Peer Recovery, and/or Certified Professional Recovery Coaching from 4 (yes FOUR) different programs. I immersed myself in everything related to Alcohol addiction, and this course is the result. It is explicitly geared to moms (future, current, former - moms come in many forms!), and it's designed for women ANYWHERE on the alcohol use spectrum.

It's been seven years of freedom for me, and I haven't looked back. I love my life without alcohol, and I love coaching other women to the same freedom.

Let me help show you how!

STILL HERE?

Good, and it doesn't matter why you are.

Maybe you:

...are tired of waking up hungover

...began drinking more during the pandemic

...want a break from booze with other people who get it

...have a general feeling of unwellness

...are keeping your options open

...have been making rules around your drinking & breaking them

...have been googling, “am I an alcoholic?” or “do I drink too much?”

...are worried about the example you’re setting for your kids

All that matters is that you know something needs to change.

You CAN do this, and REWIND can help you get there.

  • WHAT IF I DON'T IDENTIFY AS SOBER OR AM JUST SOBER CURIOUS?

  • ARE THE MEETUPS RECOVERY MEETINGS?
